In Retirement Planning we seek to ensure your financial independence. After Aging with Family, we’ve identified and incorporated the key individuals that impact your finances. Now it’s time to put it all together!
Traditional planning techniques are not proactive enough to adequately plan for multigenerational wealth. Estate Planning is often started too late or takes the attitude that the next generation is getting a pile of money, they should be grateful. They should be, but years of your hard work can be undone if not properly planned.
Each family and situation are incredibly unique. The process for one family may not be appropriate for another. It takes a long time and possibly several iterations to figure out the best way to communicate with everyone involved. We take it cautiously and slowly build the plan. Everyone in your family doesn’t need to invest with us and this isn’t a sales technique.
The current climate around inheritance and wealth transfer is often seen as taboo or not proper to talk about. Children don’t want to seem greedy. Parents aren’t sure how or when is appropriate to discuss it. We can help with that. Navigating those treacherous waters is our specialty.
Throughout my content you will find all sorts of tactics to smartly steward wealth between generations. When exploring all of these ideas it can become too easy to focus on what you can’t do. Most people do not have the resources to put their grandchildren through college. We don’t focus on that if it’s out of reach. Stretching yourself too thin, doesn’t help anyone. There is a lot you can do. Education and guidance are the most important things you can do for successor generations, and its something we can help with.
